I've worked PT for several years at BMCC. I have been treated well by management and coworkers, but BMCC is really stingy with their PT workers as far as benefits. We used to get a whopping 4 hours/term to use for whatever - sick, vacation, etc. They couldn't roll over, either. When the sick leave law came to be, we started to earn actual sick time, - more... but they took the 4 paid hours away.
