Company culture is pretty good and benefits are satisfactory but the rest is mostly hype. Stock options are a joke (worth the paper they're written on) lots of perks that slowly disappear over time. Perks keep dwindling and compensation is good at first. Your raise is less than inflation. You will probably get a good pay rate initially, but your raise is built into your starting wage.
