Perks keep dwindling and compensation is good at first. Your raise is less than inflation. You will probably get a good pay rate initially, but your raise is built into your starting wage. The company shoves culture down your throat, but the culture is not what they tell you it is (not sure if they're oblivious to it or using doublespeak).
