BlueForce is a great place to work. Family oriented and flexible to meet the employees needs. Management allows you to think for yourself and discourages micromanagement.

Great job to learn the experience -- no room for advancement since it is a contract position.Positions are not paid evenly across the board.Great for full-time students who want to work as well.

The culture at BF was one of the worst I've been exposed to. They enable bad behavior and their is no support. A lot of office drama which makes it hard to do your job. I would not recommend this company.

While working at Blue Force, I learned how to use EPIC system. It is nice to travel to different places and meet people from all over the country.
