BlueForce is a great place to work. Family oriented and flexible to meet the employees needs. Management allows you to think for yourself and discourages micromanagement.

Relaxed atmosphere

Great job to learn the experience -- no room for advancement since it is a contract position.Positions are not paid evenly across the board.Great for full-time students who want to work as well.

The culture at BF was one of the worst I've been exposed to. They enable bad behavior and their is no support. A lot of office drama which makes it hard to do your job. I would not recommend this company.
