You work hard and are stretched thin. You dont work much over 40 hours a week if ever. Management is hands-off and let's you work, but are there for you when you have questions or issues. The company in general has a lot of internal organization left since it's new merger.

BlueLinx has grown from the hard times a few years back in the housing industry to being able to buy another distribution competitor this year. I continued to grow with it, learning many useful procurement strategies as well as understanding big business. The company has to be very competitive nationally.
