Absolutely DREADED the thought of going to work every day. Was thrown UNDER the bus almost daily by the same Dr and felt very "ganged up on". Having to take the fall for things I never did. Felt as if I was under a microscope and if the Dr could not find something to nit pick about they would go running to the office and make things up.
Overworked and under appreciated. Managers lacking leadership training caused a very inconsistent environment. Policies were unclear and there was little follow through.
Over worked, under appreciated. Inconsistent policies.
I'm very passionate about my patients and team but the way we are treated is sickening.

Dread and frustration for not having coworkers that would cover breaks. Coworkers continuously resisted what they considered "not their job". The resistance really masked their lack of knowledge and skills. Nothing wrong with not knowing. Everything wrong with not wanting to learn.

I am over worked and under appreciated. Exhausted and dreading each day.
