What is the interview process like at BluePearl Veterinary Partners?

  • Interview was Roses, First Day was a Nightmare.

  • Similar to how other responders have described, the process was frustrating, drawn out and ultimately a complete waste of time. Over the course of three weeks and multiple failed connections on their end, a phone interview with a recruiter, in-person with a manager, then ??? I was left hanging, no one actually called when they said they'd call to take next steps--and this was for just an assistant job. Made me appreciate my current employer a lot more.

  • My interview was ridiculous. I had a phone interview as well as an in person interview and they had told me that they would call to let me know if I got the job or not by the following Monday. When Monday came around no one called me, so I called them left 2 voicemails, one email, and called the hospital to talk to them, and they told me they would call me back. Such a lack of professionalism in Stone Oak, San Antonio. I am never applying to this company again.

  • Long and drawn out

  • Normal. answer a few questions, talk about salary, tour the facility.
