Needs improvement
Used to be the best place to work before they sold out to Blue Pearl. Health benefits are horrible, bonus's are nothing what they used to be, and moral is low.
I will say that I like that they offer a decent amount for you to buy scrubs/jackets a such per year. And they recently started having a weekend hourly increase. So fingers crossed they continue to improve

Feeds your heart but not your pocket
The technicians are poorly underpaid and overworked. The benefits are impossible to obtain for anyone with a family. Insurance coverage for an employee and a family almost equals a technicians paycheck. Therefore leaving you to work for benefits, leaving nothing in your pocket. Advancement in the company, as a technician, is very limited. They offer tuition reimbursement for technicians to get licensed but no further college help past that. The medicine that is practiced is top notch and I love being able to use my skills and build relationships with my clients. Technicians need to appreciated for all they do and compensated for it.

large company but does not pay well. Needs more high quality staff. needs to provide paid vacation/ sick/ personal days not just offer PTO. Great team to work with including management.
