Blueprints
Blueprints Caseworker I Review
Great agency
Caseworker I (Former Employee) - Washington, PA - January 30, 2020
Too many perks to mention. Management is very helpful and treats you like family and they want you to succeed. A great place to start out after graduation. You learn with compassion and success. This is where you want to start your steppingstones and you might not want to leave.

Don’t waste your time unless you want to get treated bad and not make much money.

I worked for blueprints for 6 years. I gave it my all and never once received an opportunity for advancement, a bonus, or received any type of credit for the hard work I did. The only reason I stayed as long as I did, was being I cared about the clients. Blueprints only cares about numbers and money. It’s all about politics there and who knows who in upper management. The pay is not even a living wage for a single adult. I do not have anything positive to say. You Just be vaccinated to work there, even if you got your vaccine 3 years ago. (Which doesn’t even make sense). The work environment is horrible, as coworkers get in with upper management but telling on other coworkers. Leaving blueprints was the best decision I ever made. I know make More than double, and am in a management role after 1 year in my new job. After 6 years spent at blueprints, I was never even given the opportunity to advance.

No advancement. HR controls the union. Unprofessional. Poor management and nothing is done about it. They treat anyone under management like a pauper. How can someone give you an order and tell you how to do your job if they never did or have the degree in it!? This just doesn’t work, but they don’t care. No training, because they don’t know how to train you at something they never did. I wish I had a warning to stay clear of this place. I would like to warn others as much as I can. Don’t make this step.

A great place to work
Office Specialist (Former Employee) - Washington, PA - September 30, 2023
I wish I could have continued working at Blueprints. I left for health reasons. I enjoyed the work and my co-workers were great. Very easy to be new, everyone is patient. Hardest part was wishing you could help everyone but it wasn't possible.
