I worked at the Reserve at North River. I've been in the maintenance business for over 15 years, worst company I've ever worked for. Zero structure a VP of maintenance that has zero maintenance experience. Can't get supplies when needed, can't talk to anyone personally they do everything via email, they don't even have a corporate office. Just go work for someone else, not worth the time.

Do not believe what they tell you.
Bluestone’s 360 team are liars! They have no morals and even worse, they want you to leave yours behind!

The interview process isn’t the problem. The problem comes when you need help...you deal with technology, a beating heart.

The company is joke. They don't care about you as a employee. And yes KS is the devil. She knows nothing about residential property management. She came from HR and some how got a VP postion. The HR manager AJ is a joke as well. When there is a employee issue or something confiential you need to discuss she does nothing at all except tells everyone your business. They hire people that have no experience and then don't provide training. The 360 team is joke and really think they do a good job.. lol NOT!!!
