Laborer/Operator in Charlotte, NC

Good company
It’s a good company to work for the pay is fair with or without experience they will take you in and help you learn what you need to no about the job good place to work for
Project Manager in Various
on October 15, 2020
More work to be completed than field employees and equipment can handle. Junk equipment. They brag about all the work they have but cannot complete anything. All they do is put fires out and jump from job to job. Project managers are constantly trying to cover up mistakes made by the estimating department and are held accountable for poor results. Parts of the office are loud with some very foul mouth individuals.

I started off with hardly any construction experience, I wanted to advance and they gave me the opportunity to. Everyone was so nice like a little family, I love this company

No one will give the new man a shot at anything and you have a target on your back. The Superintenent and 2 foremens are brothers so if you upset one you pretty well get your walking papers
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR in Charlotte, NC

Upper management walks on little people. They take advantage of people. Look elsewhere for work. You are just a number. No loyalty to employees. They play favorites.
