A lot of smoke and mirrors....During the hiring process and on-boarding they make you feel like it world class, innovative, forward thinking. Once the ink dries if you aren't part of two crowds... MT's or the "IN" Crowd you are doomed and no opportunity. The internal hiring process is the worse.
