Working hours are mandatory extra hour when it's on a board. Employees job to check the board. Managers won't tell you if you don't put your extra hour you're charged with a tardy. Then if you go over 37.5 hours they make you go home at the end of the week. So your extra hour is taken away. Plus no break after a holiday. Meaning they take your 15 minute break away.
