Working hours are mandatory extra hour when it's on a board. Employees job to check the board. Managers won't tell you if you don't put your extra hour you're charged with a tardy. Then if you go over 37.5 hours they make you go home at the end of the week. So your extra hour is taken away. Plus no break after a holiday. Meaning they take your 15 minute break away. While making you work an extra hour.

This all depends on the department. In client services we work day 8-4 or 9-5 with an hour lunch so technically only 35 hour/week (while being paid for 37.5). However most other departments work with half hour lunch and MANY are so short staffed they are working ridiculous overtime (9,10,11 hour days) and without overtime pay.
