Get rid of management and treat your employees better. Learn how to not micro manage

Your sales team is what keeps the company in business. Treat them better. These micro management tactics are hurting the company in the long run because the entire sales team hates their job. I’m not even exaggerating on that. If people like their job they will do better & it translates to more sales. At most companies, the sales force is treated better. It is as if this company wants to do the opposite of be successful. It is very baffling to me that they treat employees like children, use pressuring tactics, & nit pic and then want to know why sales and employee morale is down.

CEO is great and so are most of the Upper Level Managers. You can tell they do geniunely care for their employees. When the CEO comes to the office, he always lifts my morale. He is very personable.

Be more flexible with tuition reimbursement. As long as it is a major that can translate to a future job at the company why limit the subjects. Communications, Computers, Writing, Web etc. These are subjects that benefit reps who communicate with customers & use a computer. Wouldn’t you want all your reps to communicate better with clients? Any classes that will improve someone at their job is a benefit to the company. This builds loyalty.
