Company has changed and not in a good way and on top of that, new management is all about "the boys club" only those certain boys he chooses!...certain managers and associates are treated very poorly.

This has to be the worst place in the Entire world to work. They don't care about your future or have any positive impact on your life/Future. Don't train or develop you. They lead you astray. The work environment is stressful and Hazzards. don't have any idea if that day is your last. HR dont support the employees and they will suspend you pending a investigation and you will be terminated a day later.

Run as fast as you can certain rules for certain people. Not what you do for the company it’s who you know. Feed you Lies and tells you what you want to hear to try to keep you. It’s not what you do for the company it’s who you know. Very cliqué and if you used to work for or friends with ops manager that’s the only way to move up. Place is a joke.

Bob's used to be a family company that cared about the work life balance and respect for their employees. Now, they are clearly corporate driven and only focused on the bottom line. Managers are clearly over worked and over utilized, and are often stressed from feeling the pressure of the demands of their bosses. This translates to extra pressure on the sales team, who should just be left to sell and offered occasional guidance. The "family" atmosphere is a joke. You are a number and replaceable, and management makes that very clear by making it mandatory to insert themselves into every interaction. This company has somehow took many of the selling responsibilities away from the salesperson; they clearly have no faith in them. Working weekends and holidays are mandatory too unless you request them off ahead of time. The only positive thing I can say is that as a commission only associate, you are compensated well for your hard work. Otherwise, Bob's is a company that has tired ideals and an outdated view on their employees and what should be asked of them.

Typically a good time at work. You develop good relationships with the store team. Pay is heavily based on KPI. They tout culture and behavior based coaching, but, the regional management is only concerned with the final numbers. Bobs has a lot of potential if they just practiced what they preach.
