If you were in charge, what would you do to make Bob Evans Restaurants a better place to work?
I would make sure the food was hot when served. customers like hot food,nothing like getting your food and it`s just a little warm, also don`t make the coffee so strong.
What advice would you give the CEO of Bob Evans Restaurants about how to improve it?
Have more then one prep person per restaurant to actually do the workload or have a manager that cares about having enough people to do the job right more then there bonus.
