Restaurant opens very early in the morning but from what I heard morning shift so where most of the waitresses make their money. As for the working hours as for the working hours all I can say is it took me 4 months to earn 2 days on the schedule a week as I was told I was the lowest on the totem pole as I watch other waitresses clock out for cigarette breaks and dinner breaks while on shift because they're at almost overtime hours. Restaurant closes at 9 p.m.

Depending on wither you were put on the lunch or breakfast schedule didn't really matter. I was put on the lunch schedule and there was always something for me to do when I was on the floor.
