I did just leave recently. And I can honestly say the problem is in upper management. Ever since Bob Evans died and his family sold their shares all the new leadership cares about is higher profits and lower labor percentages. They have no concern about the managers and employees in the trenches. You take them a problem and they tell you to figure it out with a smile on their face. Quitting there was one of the best things I ever did.
