Customer Service Representative (Temporary) (Former Employee) – North Hollywood, CA – April 2, 2018
This past year allowed me to acquire work experience in the manufacturing realm at Bobrick Washroom Equipment Inc. First, I started off in the company in the Facilities and Safety department in their Summer hire program. Next, I was given the opportunity to fulfill a temporary service in the customer service department for six months. The most enjoyable part of the job is the co-workers and corporate culture. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. A typical day at work, from the customer service aspect, is entering orders via fax, and e-mail. The goal was to satisfy 16-20 order entries every hour.
