I get raises every year, but they're the same as inflation, 2-3%.
Real raises generally come from advancement.
If your an older, higher paid employee, you can wait 10 years for a modest increase. Then get modest increases for about 8 more years than another freeze.

I worked from 2006 to 2009 and i started from $8.50 and ended at $11 in shipping and receiving but overtime helped me because i would worked 60hrs a week, but now they dont want no overtime
