How long after accepting offer and completing all contingency paperwork and drug test does it take to be given a start date? It's been 3 weeks since I've been offered and about 1 week since I completed all the necessary tasks.

I applied 3 times before getting an interview and being hired. Once interviewed, hiring process to start date was about 2 weeks.
It took me less than one week to be given a start date, however it had to pushed two weeks due to HR misspelling my name on background check.
