Typical interview prices, the lead, and the managers for days and nights. Question they would ask at first would be years of experience and experience in what area. Then followed by scenarios to see how you would respond.
I loved working there!

Way too many managers on the interview panel. Very formal process. Autocratic management style. I don’t want to work there!

It's a behavior based interview, looking for how u react on various situations. Other companies use a similar format, it's something thay can be researched and practiced. It doesn't necessarily guarantee a good worker or someone with technical competency, rather people that are team players and respect doversity.
