State of Idaho Employees are pretty much guaranteed good benefits. Standard sick leave, however it was a separate benefit from vacation time, which was really nice. Didn't have to use all vacation for illness.

More inclusive and understanding to people of many different backgrounds and problems. Make a true effort to help those who may have problems affecting their work instead of just writing them off. Also don't be a sexist and narrow minded.
