One of best companies I worked for. Family oriented. Do everything to help the job. Also a great safety program and any tools you may need. Excellent laborers and carpenter staff.

Productive

My reviews are overall good. Boller Construction is a very good company to work for. Boller Construction perform projects throughout Illinois. I would have wanted to continue to work with Boller Construction. The projects are all for a certain period of time. The projects vary in length of work.

I did enjoy working there a lot of good employees there just management was frustrating

I worked there for 5 years very frustrating job too many bosses. The owner needs to retire and stay out of the business . Hard to please everyone. In the end got lied on and was told they're moving in a different direction. A real company would have investigated it as there is always 2 sides to every story . Had to wear a lot of different hats on this job and responsibilities were plentiful. Very very tight on the money and raises. Was never given much backup help

Enjoyed working for the Company,even under great pressure.

The hardest part of the job was triing to please the employer and the company to finish the job on schedule while having to deal with the weather (rain, snow, ice) ect.Made a lot of good friends and co-workers.
