Keeping a safe and clean work enviorment, making sure all equipment is in good working order, maintenance on all farm equipment record keeping, maintain parts in stock for all farm equipment so an effective repairs can be made immediately. all employees conform to farm work to company standards.advancment to open positions made available to those who meets requirments to that position.

I would give atleast give the workers minimum wage which is $10.00 hourly, benefits, 401k and raises every six months or a big decent raise at the end of the year
