No growth forecast.
Will be leaving soon. Overseas management would rather use best cost countries rather than local expertise.
I haven't left yet. I would like to have a job prior to leaving to minimize gaps in my career. I will be leaving due to the attitude toward those who perform. They get loaded with responsibilities, and the expectations keep increasing with no change in compensation or benefits. Raises have been with held multiple times since my start in 2012, yet the VP's still collect full bonuses. Sits wrong with me.
