I enjoyed working at Bon Appetit Management company. They have a great mission that includes sustainability and a positive work culture. My direct manager was fantastic in being transparent with my roles and responsibility and giving me frequent feedback.
My biggest drawback as that I worked at a very small account so I was the only person who - more ... could fill in shifts for when my employees called out. Therefore I was on-call seven days for all three meals per day and leaving me to drop everything and rush to work if any of my employees didn't make their shift. - less
