Hire more qualified management, that know how to lead with compassion ans professionalism towards their staff, not with a bully
mentality. Maybe then they can keep more staff

Change management in home care offices, hire people who CARE , do their job and gossip less!!!
Replace leadership with honest human beings
Investigate Local HR and Value Line Complaints from the corporate level. Too much "good ole" boy going on in all areas of Greenville St. Francis being hidden by HR and local management especially therapy and nursing.
Compensate supervisors, managers etc. On what the really do. My job title says one thing, but, I actually do 3 other jobs under that title but, no one knows. Bon Secours needs to make it required to update or change supervisors and managers job descriptions everyone once in a while because I am only getting paid for one job duty when actually I do several and it it's fair to say to compensate me for it. I am getting paid below the national average for My job title.
Dr. Ross is great man but too lacks about making others accountable. The same issues continue to happened with upper management leadership, patient safety and quality of care. It has to be God that has kept this place open all this time. There are many great processes in place but consistency over time continues to be a real problem.
