This company really lacks upper management skills. Cooperate is quick to fire their employees. Never have I ever gone to work each day and worry if i will be fired today-until I worked for Bonaventure. The residents were the reason I stayed. The week I was fired, 7 other people were fired within the same month. There was no scandal, it's just poor poor upper or cooperate management. They run this business by fear. Staff is not appreciated. To change, Bonaventure does nothing. As an employee there I never felt valued by anyone in management.
They have management write comments to improve their ratings, all buildings are understaffed, over worked, I worked for them for 3yrs and the turn over was Atrocious
They are not truthful and will hang you out to dry and never get your back. Lying to the residents is also a heartbreaking thing to witness.
I just figured its the industry, management seems ok to me.

It's a competitive field. The grass may appear greener. Not unusual for former employees to come back after checking out other opportunities. Company does hiring based on the corporate culture. They're willing to train the right candidate to fit.
I have not seen a lot of turn over in my area of the business. There have been a couple of individuals whom have retired.

They hire inexperienced people. They don't appreciate their employees. They haven't changed anything except new people every 2 months or less
