Answered

The hiring process does not take long once you are hired you train for about a week and then you are on your own. When you start your first step they provide you with all the information that you need before going on the floor and encourage you on how things can get crazy but how to handle the situation at hand as well, they will put you with and experience worker and have you follow their footsteps and watch how to serve and make drinks and then they will have you practice on your own and then you will be all by yourself.

My first interview I did the application online and then was called in for my interview. When I walked in I noticed that I was not the only woman there and we all sat at a table. Once the hiring manager approached she took us one by one to another table and talked to us about the job and why we wanted to work there. She was only looking for I believe 2 workers and I was chosen as one.
