I never even got an interview when i worked there. i just showed up, gave them my information, and that's it.
Had a customer threaten to kill me, other aggressive customers led to constant panic attacks and a fear every day of going into work. Also, no benefits for the work, and some very unethical and possibly illegal business practices they force us to follow including lying to customers about charges and other fraudulent activities. Don’t know about the actual corporate company, but don’t ever work for a franchise
I had a customer with a complete total over $600 and I got $5 in commission for that sale. Also you have to meet the commission quota for that month to get your commission or you lose out. We had $150 quota, you have 149.99 ,no commission for that month
Yes having computer skills is a plus but the will teach you everything you need to know about the specific online portal they have for there customers.
None whatsoever. They promise commission for accessories sales (after a huge quota), and commission for certain payment options, but they push you to not even bother with the payment option commission for “reasons”.
What would you suggest Boost Mobile management do to prevent others from leaving?
Don’t treat your employees like dirt and yell at them for calling when they need help. Especially don’t yell at them in front of customers, and don’t yell at customers when they don’t understand their phone or plan information.
