The company had a great product and everyone was enthusiastic about advancing the company's goals, but management was poor and the office was located in a not so ideal location, which diminished your work-life balance.

I must say the job itself is great. It doesn't really put a beating on your body physically. The company has a lot of good character drivers working for them. As far the management goes they hire too many people who have no experience or a clue in the trucking industry or the fuel industry. They run the company by they're way only even though they have never driven a truck or done any routes or even have a commercial license. Management does not know how to put you in a position to succeed. Now as far as it goes economically the company is very, very cheap when and it comes to paying its drivers and its even worse for the yearly raises. All the company is worried about is buying new trucks. The company has the potential to be a great company but the big bosses and management are more worried about themselves than they are worried about taking care of the drivers who make that company go day in and day out.
Not very physical
Pay is average, yearly increases are very low. Management has no experience in the trucking industry

The work here is very easy. But with that comes long and stressful days. There's no 8 hour shifts here. Poor Management in a way that they're Motto is "will look into it" and that's it. No solutions. Poor Leadership in a way that this job can be so easy but driver's lead make it more confusing, stressful, by making poor leadership decisions. Overall a ok place to start your driving career.
