Maintenance Tech (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXApril 5, 2019
I work all these hours and have no time to spend with my family. Management doesn't get involve just goes around and blame it on someone else. Also vacation is your time and shouldn't be told when and how to use it.

New Borden
Purchasing (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXMarch 30, 2019
Management is a joke, everyone is worried about numbers no one truly take the time to PROPERLY TRAIN new employees. Overkill with rules that management feels they do not need to follow, inconsistency all over. Theres never "money" in the budget for Maintenance issues but corporate sure has money to spend on "shows".
Pros
Hard working team members.
Cons
Management, needs to improve and upgrade to 2019 technology.

Shipping Foreman (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXMarch 25, 2019
A great place to work. Just leave the office politics to the "old timers" and focus on the job. Try not to have an "hourly mentality" when it comes to completign a task.
Pros
Pay, benefits, family culture
Cons
Fast paced, cold, not for everyone physically

maintenance technician (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXMarch 4, 2019
It’s a decent job. Pays less than average for the position compared to the surrounding area. And if you don’t speak Spanish, expect to get blamed for everything.

Route Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLMarch 1, 2019
Borden Dairy here in Jacksonville Florida is a very unkind place to work. Its not about the safety of each driver management only cares about how early you start your route and how quickly you finish your route. no matter what you do its never good enough.
Pros
Borden has a new CEO that may change the way Borden is operated for the better.
Cons
Discrimination, can be very rude and mean, the older trucks are very dangerous they still make you drive them

In leadership positions there is no communication. The two shift they have are understaffed and over worked. It's a highy stressful job with long hours.

Worst place on earth
Manager (Former Employee) –  London, KYJanuary 25, 2019
Run do not apply most unprofessional place you can imagine. HR is a nightmare. Distribution Manager will bully you all the time. Long term associate's are being railroaded out of their jobs. Teamster's are about to go on strike because unfair work practices. You will lose your soul here. As a professional job seeker do not apply. It will be career suicide. This company will be obsolete once Walmart has their dairy up and running.
