Terrible environment
CDL Class A Driver (Former Employee) –  ColoradoOctober 7, 2018
Terrible place to work. They promised 60 hours a week and didn't get near that. Employees don't want to be there and all have only negative things to say. The management is rarely seen and when you do see them it's all negative. No positive feedback back was given. The work days are so boring but when it's time to actually do work you are expected to know how to do everything with not much hands on training.
Pros
Hardly ever see managment...
Cons
Poor health care, no PTO in first year, negative employees

They have been lying to employees about promotions. They say they promote senior employees but they dont. Lying to employees about work is going to get busy. But it hasn't

Get everything you can coming in the Door
Saltwater Disposal Technician (Former Employee) –  Various locations- North TexasFebruary 9, 2018
No raises, no advancement, "good-old-boy" culture not based on qualifications. Easy work, long hours, not very challenging. Can learn the entire job in a few hours. Management exists, but doesn't mingle with "the help".
Pros
Easy work, all you have to do to keep your job is show up.
Cons
No chance for advancement unless you get on the "inside track" with management.

Technical Services Regional Representative II (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXFebruary 17, 2018
The biggest downfall was not enough communication from upper management. In my position there was a lot of time management freedom. Most people were great to work with, but as in every company there are the ones that drag the company down.

Great Company, great people
Dionix Technician (Former Employee) –  Midland, TXApril 8, 2018
Bosque is a great company to work for. The company takes great care of their employees by providing training and certifications to ensure that we know what we are doing when we are out in the field. They also pair you up with mentors to learn the specifics of the job on the field. The pay is great, there is a lot of hours and overtime opportunity. They also understand whenever you need to take days off if something comes up. The supervisors and managers are also very in touch of whats going out there in the jobsites and just like any other worker are not afraid to work so its not uncommon seeing them help out rigging up and rigging down side by side with you. They're not just corporate people delegating stuff in their offices, they are actually out there genuinely trying to help to make sure the job gets done right.
Overall if you like to work they'll keep you busy and they'll pay you well for your time. The company kind of feels like a family and I only had to leave for personal/family reasons but hands down one of the best places I've worked at.
Pros
Perdiem

Field Technician (Current Employee) –  San Angelo, TXOctober 26, 2017
this job was a great experience. The people there are great to work with and are willing to work with you to improve the company. Very good benefits come with working there. I did not have any experience to start and made my way up to a supervisor within a year.

A good place to work
LLC HSE Specialist (Former Employee) –  Midland, TXAugust 29, 2017
Bosque Systems was a good learning opportunity in the oil and gas industry because it dealt with the water treatment aspect for the well; which meant water was being cleaned and recycled through Bosque's Dionix units using CLO2 (Chlorine Dioxide).
Pros
Good Benefits
Cons
Long hours (Shut-downs)

Educational, Productive, Good Work Place
DIONIX OPERATOR (Former Employee) –  San Angelo, TXMay 24, 2016
Usually about a 14 hour work day which would include about 2 to 3 hours of drive time, Taking water samples and recording data. Informed by management of work schedule ahead of time, which allowed time to prepare. More than sufficient information about work sites relayed from supervisors. Most difficult tasks included setting up and taking down units due to length of chemical and water lines. Good place to work with co-workers who were professional and easy to work with.
Pros
Benefits, Bonuses, Ability to Promote, Extremely Well Maintained Work Equipment Provided
Cons
Requires contracts with other companies for work

Supervisor (Former Employee) –  carizzo springs, cotulla, fowlerton,txFebruary 3, 2015
taught me about saltwater disposals and how to design them, how to monitor well pressure and relieve the pressure as well. Although the company was small when it started we were still able to grow at a rate that turned it into a cooperation rather fast. I learned many things about the oilfield and monitoring of wells with this company along with the dangers that come along with it.
Pros
learned how to develope and manage saltwater disposals and monitor wells
Cons
very unstable upper managment

It was good work environment at the begining.
Dionix Supervisor (Former Employee) –  San Angelo, TXSeptember 17, 2015
The work environment was good at the beginning but as the company got older the well being and welfare of their employees dwindled down to almost nothing. The company ended up being more concerned with cutting cost and employees and had little to no regard for the effect it would have on their employees. Little to no recognition for anything that was done well. The company and the senior leaders cared more about themselves and always focused on the negative.

great job with great problems
dionix tech (Former Employee) –  texasJanuary 25, 2015
As a dionix tech, I learned a lot and watched them promote much younger people over me. I did like the job and enjoyed working outside. Working with people who were, at best useless, and them being promoted over you; well it was humiliating. There comes a point when you just show up and do exactly what your job description is because they don't care anyway. If you just want a check and absolutely no personal consideration at all, go for it when they start hiring again. When they lay you off, you get treated like a herd of bad cattle and told to go. They promise a lot and deliver nothing but a pay check.
Pros
catering on location, sometimes.
Cons
No personal life. None. Portapotties on location, Yuck.

Started out very good and exciting. Lots of growing pains made it difficult at best
Admin (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMay 8, 2015
Great group of people but so many challenges that it became hard to go in every day. New HR Director made it difficult to know what you were responsible for almost daily. Trying to fix something that really wasn't broken, only needed direction to keep the ship righted. Became not a difficult environment with no good communication or true direction. Good ol' boy stuff.
Pros
Good people
Cons
Communication, fixing what wasn't broken.

Clueless on how to manage and run operations
Dionix Operator (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMay 18, 2015
This company needs an overhaul in management from the cooperate office all the way down to the regional offices. No 401K, no considerations of employee's safety when they are working more hours than they sleep. Believe in cutting corners in order to save them money, not taking inconsideration they must spend money in developing a maintenance program to keep all their equipment functioning properly form the dionix units to company vehicles. Company has no loyalty to their employees. Honestly do not see this company lasting the next five years in the oil and energy business.
Pros
Pay when stable
Cons
Unstable work enviroment; trust no one

Great Place to work but hours very inconsistant
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKApril 8, 2015
I start my day by reviewing incoming daily reports and then preparing reports for upper management. Then I review and submit time for all employees and prepare a report for upper management for that. I have a wonderful manager who is very supportive. I have learned a lot about the Oil and Gas Industry. I love the people I work with and would miss them greatly if given the opportunity to work somewhere else. The hardest part of this position is for me to find something to do to keep me busy for the day. I love the fact that I have an open schedule and can come in and leave when I want this also includes taking lunch at whatever time I choose.
Pros
flexible schedule
Cons
consistency of hours
