Great for seasonal
I enjoyed the people I worked with but there was a constant lack of communication from the higher ups to the managers to the staff. There is no room to grow with this company. If you are looking for a quick summer job it’s great but this is not a good year round job.

Great managers and overall work environment. Much flexibility with my availability standards. Benefits are decent and so are the hours. Job training is good.

Unless you are management or best friends with them you are expendable and you will be asked to do things out side of your job title. if you love being on the water then its a great place for that.

Because of maritime law, there is no overtime pay. I've work 16 hour shifts at minimum wage on multiple occasions. The job is fun and cool to be on the ocean but working that many hours without gaining any extra wage is just taxing with no reward. Bogus.

If you like meeting new people daily then this is a good job, during the summer you’ll meet all kinds of people, and they come from all over. Plus all the different crews are fun to work with, I have gotten close to someone from every area. It really is a fun place to work! The only downfall is that it’s seasonal, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for full time.
