BIVF management needs to assess their company as a whole to find where the needs are of their employees so the employees can be more efficient.
Former Supervisor (Former Employee) - Stoneham, MA - April 23, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedManagers have taken credit for other employees work. Upper management had put a blind eye to what is going on in the company or chose to ignore it. There was never enough help in certain departments where other departments got all the hired help they needed. Upper management had only seemed to focus on two obvious items and only seem important to them which are $$$$ and favoritism of certain employees while the rest of us felt like we never existed. Never any communication within this company.
Pros
Good benefits Hour paid lunch
Cons
Culture of company was always horrible, Poor communication when I worked there, Favoring certain employees among management had always been an issue at BIVF during my 8 years there, Managers never had any regard for employee’s needs or concerns.

Good work environment. Rewarding work. Breakfast provided every Friday Training is good. Upper management is out of touch though. Real lack of communication. Pay could be better. Benefits are great

Supervisor (Former Employee) - Waltham, MA - June 24, 2020
When I got hired it was a new position and i was excited to work in the finance department. After i was told by my recruiter that I would ly have to work a few weekends after working a full week o was ok with that. When I started I was also told that of i had a previous obligations that my manager was very flexible. On my first week I told her I had plans my manager didn't say anything and I assumed she was ok with it. The next week she didn't so I assumed it was ok. The next week she ignored fme for the entire week and on Friday i got fired. She was very unprofessional and very unapproachable as she could have easily said she needed me. This place is run like a kindergarten school and the manager should be fired as she has no business managing anyone.
