Bad management. Would not recommend this job to anyone. The first years I was able to adapt but the job eventually got to me along with the people. No rules. Everyone can do what they want, no consequences.

Boston Market stores are not consistent with their job descriptions.

Management does not know how to delegate jobs. GM is not professional as far as communication techniques is concerned. The crew even some of the supervisors are just chatting and busy on their phones if there are no customers. The place is a mess.
