Chauffeur (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – April 14, 2018
It’s not worth to start working for DaveL/Boston Coach.
You can find better companies. They pay $5.00/hour and 15% commission, too many down time. You’ll work 70/80 hours week and get pay between $14-15/hour even with all overtime you put in. Remember they paid the overtime based on $5.00/hour.
A smart person learn with someone else’s mistake! If you want to try, Good Luck!
Poor management, lots of down time, bad dispatchers.

You're doing the work for $13 and hour when you should be making $18 minimum. The management team is horrendous. There is absolutely zero communication between you and the management team and when you receive help.....it's not help at all. It's a revolving door. HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor, look to the next job.
Management, you can't really breathe well inside the call center there is no ventilation at all. It's jail-like.
