Boucher brothers is a good company to work for worked there for 3 years ( from the W hotel to the 1 hotel ) but the only way to move up is if you want it enough as well as having a good work ethic,reliable and to be willing to put in the hours the managers & directors there really do want to you to succeed the best I can describe it as a learning experience you can’t get at college or university I've learned so many viable things from this company how to word certain things,patience,management skills you learn from your co-workers as much you as you learn from the managers & directors now if you hate the beach and sun heavy lifting ( 50+ pounds) this isn’t the job for you pros difinitely out weight the cons
