After someone actually shouted "BOO! BOWEN SUCKS!" at me in public, being treated poorly as an employee, knowing the company doesn't care about their clients as long as they get paid, and realizing that the majority of the people in the community strongly dislike Bowen, I began feeling ashamed to tell people I worked there. I loved the work I was doing with youth, but I would never recommend anyone to the Bowen Center for services or employment.
