Good intentions

Bowling Green Brandywine Treatment Center used to be a good place to work for. Unfortunately since Covid, it has been difficult to hire people. It is a long process, with drug testing and background check. They have good intentions but due to the lack of employees they have a hard time with follow through.

Unorganized Chaos, unprofessional management

A typical day is very chaotic. There are no support from other departments. Counselors are also body guards as they often are pulled from groups and sessions to handle client conflict. Would not recommend

I spent a year working at BGB, there were many ups and downs. It was rewarding to help clients but there was no structure with staff, multiple staff members doing unethical acts and sometimes not getting any discipline, and having to do multiple different positions. I appreciate BGB for gaining much experience but I would not recommend working here.
