Work place was underdeveloped
Package Handler (Former Employee) – Edison, NJ – January 15, 2018
A typical day at work would be spending the next 10-12 hours walking around with a device that looks like a phone, and scan food items. Each item had a designated place to go and I had to operate Pallet Jacks and learned how to operate a forklift to get some of the more heavier items, weighing around 150-600 lbs. Everything was quiet, most of the time the device would not work or the battery would die and would need replacing. It was not much of a team oriented environment and that was the hardest part. Everything was so messy and unorganized. And the most enjoyable part was leaving.
