Sales Associate (part-time) in Springfield, VA

The place is a chill environment. The coworkers and managers are cool people. I like the flexibility and the pace isn't overwhelming at most. Majority of the time we encourage customers to apply for the loyalty program if they haven't.The downside to this job is a lack of days to work. I hope to get in more hours around November-December.
Assistant Store Manager in Barboursville, WV

It was a fun and easy place to work. You can learn a lot about the metrics and the company while you're there. Not fun when there are no hours, employees or have to work by yourself for four hours either opening or closing. Not a well-paying job, and might get scheduled for 39.5 hours part-time. Still a fun environment sometimes!

As soon as I became an assistant manager and part of management overall, things went out of han...

Management stood around and talked too much. Productivity wasn’t what I expected to see and do, everyone seemed to be competing against one another. No loyalty

Not too many long hours. Only working a couple of weeks. Pay is 12 an hour. The zone work is the worst because they want you to make contact with all customers but management is great.
