Assistant Manager in Orange County, CA
on December 17, 2019
I have been told by management several times that I (as a person) don't matter and could be replaced within the day. CEO is awful and does not ask about anything before doing it. Pay is absolutely abysmal -- other non-profits in area make up to 20% more.
College Bound Academic Advisor in Santa Ana, CA
on May 13, 2019
Great work environment, however, very underpaid. Little to no hours. No room for growth. Great students that take advantage of the resources. Manager over the College Bound program very resourceful and supportive
Mentor Professional in Irvine, CA
on January 11, 2018
Manager showed favoritism towards staff and students. Environment was unwelcoming. Only some sites were renovated while other site were falling apart.
