Not hung up on customers that's rude to do... If anyone needs an answer you have to answer ,if some one need to speak with the manager they have the right to ....u just can't hung up on people...

Keep it clean every morning, answer the customers question about Information.. and respect them as we respect our jobs so we can keep people coming.... Work hard as a team lift up our people.....thank you!

I would for sure have a armed guard there ! You never know who is coming through that door and sometimes these people can be pretty rough . Make the training a little more interactive instead of just have to read all day make it more hands on training .

It would be beneficial for you to spend more time and money on the employees that work on the "ground floor". These are the people that are putting in their blood, sweat, and tears into the company. Yet in all the facilities there is a high turn over rate.

Say please and thank you each time you give an order because to give orders evryone can do it but to give them in a nice tone of voice thats diferent each departmnet has a lead but each department treat new employes as if all of them are leads to that new employee so they get frustated and they quit. supervisors that come once a month or so make surveys everytime they visit give each employee a paper or something so they can give them a tip or concern because to reach them they are unreachable. if you have two or one lead in each departmenet so be it everyone gives orders so please dont ..dont keep one that screams and yells at you because they are leads so they treat you like they want to ...they got that position so they start giving orders like if there were gods ...thats not team work thats you do what i said. if you change the pattern of training new employees as professionals the center will have a better environment to work and happy employees will have happy donors. also if theres sop for each donors follow sop for them start educating donors at there first visit how to have a sucessful donation. sometimes managemnet dont want to loose a donor beacuse they break rules being rude or so and they keep that donor and the donor keeps mistreating the employee because he or she knows already he can do what ever he wants beacuse nothing happens ..and then there goes the unhappy place to work...and they quit. if you have sop for everyone keep and follow those sop . so educate donors about the process speacially about the most important process the venipumcture no body its perfect everyone misses a stick even the better phlebotomist so dont bully each other work as a team. if you need help ask . if you help someone dont bully that person thank them for calling you for help not give them a speech infront of the donor . thank them for asking for help dont make that employee feel bad or worst than they already are ...so it takes a good lead to teach and give the example so start choosing better leads . and a good managemnet give them a 5 or 6 months trial if they have favoritism employees change management or leads .. dont keep the same pattern and bring down the company beacasue they think they are gods once they have the position . thank you and i hope one day everything changes for a good environment to work so you can have a sucessful company and keep donors happy and employees happy ....also on the schedules make a 3 shift schedules one thats good for example 6 am to 3pm ----3pm to 8 pm 6pm to close if you have part timers you can work with the schedule and rotate weekends and shifts happy employees happy donors ...thank you
