 Process payroll/liabilities, General Ledger-Profit & Loss/Revenue & Expenses, General Journal Entries, A/P, A/R and bank reconciliation in QuickBooks Pro Online (QB).
 Government Contractor Billing/Invoicing including monthly FMHR, Job Costing and Annualized Cost quarterly reports (Excel, QB and Exostar invoicing). Assisted with Contracts (MS Word).
 HR benefits and Cobra administration; add new employees to benefit companies, QB for timekeeping and process payroll via PayChex. US Insurance Audit and EOI’s as needed.
 ACSSO; set up security files, processes security documents, visit requests, Sponsorship Letters, CPRL’s, DD254’s, send/receive/process confidential and classified materials. Initiate PR, add and modify in JPAS.
 Prepare financial reports, year-end reports, new-year files, W-2's, 1099's, Form 5500, and IWIF Premium Audit as needed.
 Occasionally subcontracted-out to help other small companies with various tasks; such as, initial set-up of company chart of accounts, implementation of new accounting, payroll and/or timekeeping software, accounting data correction, etc.
