Asst. Manager in Remote
on May 11, 2021
It's a job
Nothing bad. No harassment or anything, just didn't fit in with the others there. Probably me, not them. They were OK. Good enough for starter job, place to move on to another one, jumping off spot if you ask me.
INVEST Coordinator in Moorestown, NJ
on May 17, 2021
Employees other than management & the RF Coordinator & her nurses are supportive. Unpaid days, set ups & upper management job protecting at all costs.

If i could rate this company 0 stars i would. This is one of the most unprofessional environments I’ve worked in. The PAY for housekeeping/waitstaff is absolutely embarrassing especially because without waitstaff the building won’t operate properly because we’re the ones feeding the residents. Without housekeeping, keeping the building up to par, tour’s wouldn’t bring residents in effectively. Both departments are severely underpaid while being OVERWORKED every single day and working short but yet still get the short end of the stick every single time. We also didn’t receive hazard pay like every other facility nor did we receive raises while having to work with coworkers who got covid and risking our health.
Care Manager in Selbyville, DE
on March 30, 2021
I enjoy being there for the residents !!! You know what’s expected of you, and you get it done ! All issues revolve around people who don’t do what they’re suppose to do and others paying for it. Always the blame game.
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Englishtown, NJ
on March 28, 2021
If you feel comfortable with having your license at risk every time you walk through the door then you should work here. The incompetence of management is horrific. Resident are not appropriate for assisted living. Management will always make you feel small and unappreciated. ED, Marketing and the new DON whose a LPN are a clique and walk around like they are superior then everyone.
