Good company with good people. It can be hard to have a work/life balance because you will work 10hrs a day 6 days a week most weeks. If you like the overtime it is great but can quickly burn you out.

Not a good place to work

Management acts like they care about you but then lies to your face can never get the material you'll need because management always wants to complain about buying the material all they care about is getting the job done they don't care about the individual person if you need time off they will reprimand you. And definitely don't get into a disagreement with a co-worker or management that's grounds for termination!!!

Large company with room for advancement

Large company with plenty of pros. Room for advancement and safety is a priority. No paid time off for carpenters and under. No paid holidays unless job superintendent decides too.
