Water Plant Electrician (Former Employee) – Sugar Land, TX – November 6, 2017
Let's face it, I worked at a 'Waste Water Plant' and it stunk! On top of that, there was no chance of promotions or pay increases, which was not even up to par as per Engineering Discipline. Management consistently cut corners on projects, and would rather buy used equipment than to buy new, or the correct piece of machinery for a particular job.
Lead Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) – Round Rock, TX – July 31, 2018
A typical day at work was ,today your pulling a pump and pulling rags, condoms, string, plastic etc. out of the volute. Today controls have a short so you get your meter out and trouble shoot the panel until you fix it. Today the conveyer came off the rail so you had to reinstall it. Today nothing broke so you did your preventive maintenance. Management was fine.
